Among the Librarians of the 121st Chapter, Librarian Liora Morvenae was noted for her willingness to employ psychic powers of considerable magnitude, often at significant personal risk. Before such exertions, she was known to utter the High Gothic phrase “Fiat voluntas necessitatis” (Let the will of necessity be done.) Though sometimes mistaken for an invocation, the words appear to have served as a personal acknowledgement of the dangers inherent in her art.
