Locutarus Storm Squad Celestina was drawn from survivors of the betrayal at Tevratha IX, where elements of the World Eaters Legion attacked their Ultramarines counterparts during negotiations conducted under an agreed cessation of hostilities. Its members were selected from those who had witnessed the deaths of fellow Legionaries during the treachery, and whose subsequent conduct demonstrated both an enduring determination to avenge their fallen comrades and the discipline necessary to distinguish retribution from indiscriminate slaughter.
