Techmarine Corvina Cauris maintained extensive records of mechanical failures, battlefield damage, and subsequent repairs. Her assessments were regarded as unusually thorough, though she was often accused of being overly critical of the practices of her fellow Techmarines. Cauris considered such scrutiny a necessary duty of her office, and rarely offered further explanation.
